Thai staff at the RBS head office in Bangkok communicate with a range of foreign customers and associates. The main language of communication is English, and management were looking for a programme to boost staff confidence as well as teach them skills to improve customer engagement.

In full consultation with RBS personnel, Voxtree customised and delivered our Powerful Business Writing course over two days. Staff received regular personal feedback and saw their writing skills quickly develop.
