How does executive coaching work?
Your consultant will first discuss the areas you need to develop and then prepare a programme that builds your skills in the minimum time. They will then coach you in hourly, half-day or full-day sessions. The time you spend will depend on how much coaching you need to achieve your goals. We recommend at least 7 hours to begin with.
Coaching is delivered in person, online or a mixture of the two, whichever is most convenient.
After the coaching is finished, your consultant will write a report on your progress and create an action plan for further development. You can then follow this up with more coaching or independently.
What can I expect after a consultancy programme?
After a short time of executive coaching, you will see a significant improvement in your ability to inspire and motivate your people in your communications with them. Similarly, you should see a positive difference in your interactions with clients and the results that will inevitably generate.
